Tea is great, but often makes me crave something to go with it, like a cookie or something not so healthy.When you're hungry and jonesin to eat snacks, go make a big pot of tea instead.
I find putting them on crackers, with a little hot sauce, is a nice and tasty snack.What's the lowdown on sardines? I bought same canned ones as convenient add for lunch, but haven't eaten them yet.
