I mean, it's a prospect ranking list and he's a prospect. What indication do we have he isn't coming over after his KHL deal? His time line is almost identical or even faster than some of our d prospects if he comes over after finishing his deal.

In terms of talent Chistyakov is high up, I don't put odds of being a Nashville Predator into account when I'm voting, some of these guys may be traded, bust or whatever before they make it in the league.
Yeah I think many of us have already marked him down enough for the whole KHL contract issue. In terms of talent/accomplishments he’d have a valid case for being around #7-8 on the list. But we’ve penalized him enough already.
