Radulov is definitely hurt by playing most of his prime in the KHL. If he had played those years in the NHL it would be a discussion. As it is it’s Kovalev AINEC.

Edit: Also who voted for the poll option?

Kovalev better in NHL but Radulov played pretty much his entire prime in KHL, so comparing them fairly is pretty difficult.

‘Twas I, now that you told me that was an option.

But also Kovalev. Better in the nhl and had a signature style, Rad was good for a bit but took no 7 minute shifts, never rocked Tucker with a targeted reverse elbow. Kovalev was out there playing games, just not always hockey.

About 99% of Radulov’s prime was spent outside of the NHL, so it’s tough to compare.

Radulov at the 2014 Olympics was excellent though in a best on best tournament, so he did briefly show he could get it done against the best in the world.

Would have been interesting to see Radulov during his prime in the NHL. He had a lot more compete than Kovalev.
