I saw Washington fans chime in for a Carlson replacement. Tom Wilson would be a great swap for both teams.

Has Wilson's play fell off? Or can he still bring it like a few years ago.

Any team giving him 8M or anything close to it is making a big mistake.

What a great move Yzerman made trading Hronek before he demanded a massive contract.

I am gonna guess they settle on 8-years at $6.5M AAV but to sweeten it up I say they add a full MNTC to his contract all eight years.

I mean look at Scheifele and Hellebuyck. Both wanted to play for contender and get more money, they could only get it in Winnipeg and ended up staying. This will be the case for most players in the NHL no matter how good or bad they may be.
