None of their shots or chances have been good. I feel as if Edmonton’s plan tonight was win this game like 2-0 or 2-1. They don’t seem to be trying to generate anything at all

They have more possession but they really don’t generate anything offensively. They look lost in the offensive zone.

I don't disagree with it falling under the definition of a penalty, I'm saying plays like that often aren't called in the playoffs. Similar to how the whistle often disappears for any stick infraction unless it's egregious.
