Feel bad for the Kings. However, they have no elite scorers, closest is Kempe. Must be tough to het blanked out getting 30+ shots and holding Oilers to 13. Then losing.

They won 2 stanley cups not too long ago. There's teams that have gone many years without sniffing a cup. I feel bad for THOSE teams.

They just need to realize that there are many different ways to win games. The Canucks can win those low scoring ZZZZZZZ games in a flash. They have heart. Sometimes you need to win those games that you get outplayed in, and there's nothing wrong with that. There's literally zero shame in it.

Kings had some grade A chances, Skinner was just better

Skinner was very good. I won't say that he was great, because he really didn't have to make a big save, most of them were from distance, with the Oilers clearing out the rebound from danger.

Horrible trade. Everybody in the Kings' organization involved in that decision should have had their personal items put in a cardboard box and then escorted out by security.

To be fair to them, Dubois is a talented guy who had played really well at times for Winnipeg.

I just blame the player. I guess the managment needs to identify character people, but I dunno, he just doesn't seem to have any intensity in his game anymore.

I guess if your making that big a swing you gotta get it right, and they didn't, might seal Blake's fate.
