They are game managers.
They don‘t to go by the rules, they are paid for entertainment…

To fix the NHL they need to outsource the referees.

Officiating Expert Dave: Well, they looked at the replay and decided that there wasn't enough to overturn the call on the ice. So that's why.

Honest question if the goalie is hurt ten feet out of his net in his own zone, do they blow the whistle? They don’t for defenders.
