Zuke is such a good mentor he should be able to mentor anybody in a day

There's so much Zuke knows, how could he possible transfer all that knowledge in a day

There's 20 guys on the team he needs to mentor each day. Then we have the equipment manager and the whole front office. There's only 24 hours a day, even Zuke needs a couple hours sleep believe it or not.
