This Saturday, In Seinäjoki, Finland, a referee, after multiple warnings, threw out all the 282 attendees due to a few people whistling and blowing whistles, disturbing the game.
People were not happy, demanding their money back. But according to the rules, the referee had the right to do that.
Has that happened much in America, specifically in higher leagues such as NHL?
I can't imagine that happening with thousands in attendance.
(I don't seem to be able to add a link to the story)
