If Cousins is able to play over his head on the second line due to meshing well with Bennett and Tkachuk, that'll solve a lot of problems for us.

I noticed that change too, looked ok, did verheage go to the top line or the 3rd line or was that just one test change then back to normal?

Massive bounce back win, need to keep the momentum going. Hell of an effort tonight after a slog of a 1st period. Loved seeing Lomberg getting the GWG, his season has not be nearly as disappointing as his stats seem to indicate.

Chucky with another beast of a game, he's on pace to pass Reinhart for the team lead in points by the end of the month.

Bob was also incredible in this one, he weathered the storm in the first and that penalty shot save was huge as well. Another solid outing for our #1.

Wonder what’s up with Barkov? Did he father another child no one knows about yet? Is he commiserating with Hubie? Is he eating pizza and knocking back beers with Ekblad?

Lines in the third were 23-16-13, 19-9-21, and 27-15-17

Honestly, I think he's just banged up after a couple of injuries he's taken during the season.

Goldie and Randy are the biggest jinx ever.

"He only has 10 goals this season and slowing down"

10 seconds later he scores
I need Goldie to say “Samoskevich probably won’t crack the lineup again and replace Cousins”.

More likely it would be something mid with occasional moments of great forechecking. We already seen it in the playoffs where 23-9-19 existed for 50 minutes and made much more damage (some of it on partial changes) than 21-9-19 in 180+ minutes.

Need someone more skilled in top-9.

Poor Lundy, Erod has even worse hands than Cousins lol.
But ERod skates faster and causes more potential for unpredictable puck strips and bounces in the offensive zone… perhaps leading to lucky chances for Lundy and Luo.

Call it the ELL or maybe LEL line.
