Woll got injured. He didnt even dress for game 7 as backup. Thats why samsonov started after woll had won.

I complained about him the last two games but someone here told me that Shesterkin is overhyped... Only reason we have a 3-2 series lead. f***, he was much better in the first round than given credit for. Goaltending played a much bigger role than expected.

LMAO at the Leafs going for Samsonov over Woll is right, but Woll was injured by game 7.

They should have been starting game 1 with Woll or by game 2 at the very latest. He wasn't able to play/dress by game 7, but the fact they didn't put him in until game 5 was a crime. And I'm pretty sure he was dressed on the bench as the backup for all of games 1-4.

I have been roasting Keefe/the Leafs for that move all playoffs. Who knows, maybe Woll is injured by game 4 anyway if they start the series with him and it goes the same way, but Samsonov was trash all series and the goal that tied game 7 was a softy that should have been stopped.

I'm surprised Andersen hasn't made it into the bottom 8 yet. He's been a complete and utter pedestrian, at least in this current season.
