Anyway, can we try this?

Miller - Lindholm - Boeser
Joshua - Pettersson - Garland
Suter - Blueger - Mikheyev
Karlsson - Aman - Lafferty

Thx

How is he a good coach again? All he did was split McDrai, and his other adjustment is to put McDrai together.

This is totally self inflicted. Miller/Boeser and Garland/Joshua just not in it so basically we're not a threat offensively. I put a lot on the coach, he refuses to do the basic that even a guy like Knoblauch does, switching up his lines to spark the team. The defence pairs were just bad to begin with, Myers needs a babysitter without Soucy and so does Cole. Karlsson was a good gamble for PDG but he hasn't brought anything.

We were mostly doing ok suppressing shots for a bit but our lack of offensive threats needs some intervention.

Just think Tocchet is shitting the bed here in a big way. Not the first time this playoffs.

The fact Mikheyev has one f***ing goal in nearly 60 games yet has remained glued to Pettersson the entire playoffs makes me what to take his likely Jack Adam's award and smack him upside the head with it.

They don't work. How many games do you need to see before you realize that?

Oilers doing a good job of getting sticks in lanes. Dump it in, win the board battles and play with greater urgency. Get one early and we can make a game of it.

Whatever, this was supposed to be an automatic loss and it’s still a close game heading into the third. Find a way
Get one seen how oils fold in 3rd but make winning hell if we lose been winning 2 out of 3 against coilers all year

I would say not capitalizing on their three powerplays in the 1st period was a harbinger of the inept offense tonight.
That was almost the game right there. They had an opportunity to pepper Pickard early and really shake this Oilers team. Instead they botched it and allowed the team and the crowd to take over the game. A total shitshow of a first period.
