I don't understand why anyone complained about Torts scratching Couturier.

I think he now has 4 point and 0 goals in his last 21 or 22 games played?

One of the narratives earlier in the year for why they were doing so well was because they had him back and he missed all of last year and only played 29 games theyear before, so that was one of the huge differences in them last year and this year. He was producing considerably better early on, but nothing outstanding.

He may just be a roasted marshmallow at this point.

Unless it was just because Couturier seemed baffled as to why he was scratched and Torts didn't brief him?

I haven’t detected any animosity - they get along and complement each other well. I don’t know what this supposed animosity is referring to.

He was baffled, yes, that was part of it,

He contributed early, probably Torts rode him too hard, and then Torts dropped to the bottom six when he faded.

Green talking about individual stats when asked about Bratt, like he cares more about team stats lol.

There is no such thing as team success with Green. It just can't exist.

I had no problem with him not praising Bratt more, he did praise him. Just that he made out like he cared more about team success than individual player success, when team success is damn near impossible with him. All you can celebrate is individual success, like some of the seasons Pettersson had when his stupid ass was still the head coach in Vancouver. Or the Demko playoff run lol.

At times I find him to be annoying. When certain things happen on the ice, I know exactly what he's going to say. He needs to stop being so robotic. Hopefully he does improve.

It also doesn't help that I liked Cangi quite a bit. When I watch an MLS game that Cangi is working, it reminds me of what we are missing having Bill.

I’m likely in the minority but I thought Cangi was awful. I’m sorry but I think a minimum requirement for being a sportscaster should be having good diction and command over words. Not looking to get flamed here lol…just one man’s insignificant opinion.
