Seems to meet the requirements.
Yeah the game shouldn't be a problem at 1080p with those specs. Maybe your laptop is using the integrated GPU to play the game instead of the Nvidia card? I've heard of that happening. Could also just need a driver update. If you can't get the game to work and bought it on Steam they will probably give you a refund if you have under 2 hours played.

They're playable if you're actually interested in the IP, and they're usually a lot better when theres a spin added to them. The first One Piece Pirate Warriors game for example was its own thing it wasn't pure Musou. I liked it a lot. I also played Pirate Warriors 3 and like it too but I prefer the 1st game.

I'm gonna have to get the 4k switch I can't play these games at 540p or whatever resolution they run at I need my 4k.
If you have a decent PC I highly recommend looking into the two Switch emulators. I still buy Switch games but most of my time playing them is spent on PC.

Yeah, I refunded it previously and that's why I played it on Switch. It could also just be that I'm being unreasonably harsh about performance expectations and/or find the game poorly optimized in general. I absolutely love the game, but I've seen some streams of it (on what I assume is more capable hardware since it's their job) and the polish doesn't really feel all that smooth and up to snuff considering how modest/non-demanding you'd probably expect it to be in general either (albeit better than on my devices). Wonder if the non-Final Cut version was better with that.

Did anyone else grab the new Switch sports? Definitely fun in a group. Excited for them to add golf.

@Shareefruck & @guinness

Picked Disco Elysium back up after something like a month and a half hiatus. I forgot the simple controls and my character started to have a panic attack. And then I lost.

At least in my new game I've got the necktie.
Quick Save frequently, put points into your health pools (Endurance and Volition), and/or keep a few healing items handy (they can be used last minute even as you're about to die).

Anyone have any solutions when one of the joy con sticks is off? My one always seems to default to "up" when I'm not actively moving it. Tried cleaning it and messing around with it a few times with no success. Kind of ruins games that need precision. Do I just need to buy a replacement one?

Joy cons are notorious for the sway. You likely need to get a new one. I would recommend getting a pro controller if you don’t NEED the joy cons or aren’t sold on them. I’ve had mine since the switch came out in semi regular use with no issues.

You can send it in to Nintendo and they will repair it for free

Seeing BOTW’s influence in Elden Ring makes me wonder how much of these recent delays for BOTW 2 have to do with Elden Ring’s success.

As of now, only Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee, Sword/Shield, Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl, and Legends Arceus are playable on the Switch. No oldies yet (how Nintendo still hasn’t added Game Boy/Color/Advance games to Switch Online is beyond me).
I hope they do becuase that would be a if seller for me. I have not played Black/White, Black/White 2, X/Y, Sun/Moon & legend of Arceus.

I would love to try the older games. I would also love to reply Ruby/Saphire.

I wonder if Black/White remakes are on the cards for Switch. In line to be the next-gen to get remade.

I'm enjoying the Mario Strikers tutorial, but what's with these multiplayer test time slots? First test today will be 11pm my time, that's when I'm going to bed, heh.

I'm sold on the game, but if the online is bad, I'm not going to bother.

Basically this game would be perfect to me is if it was 1)on PC, and 2)it was hockey themed instead of soccer(but I'll admit it's basically like hockey anyways).
