Hey guys, hope you make it back to the dance this season.

With so many seemingly conflicting injury updates on the Avs, any guess for a Landeskog ETA?

Thank you, and good luck!

Haha that's the fear of course (for fantasy reasons).

Might be the smart play though if Byram/Manson can provide a little more stability.

Honestly though, we really have no idea. Hasn't even started skating. He's bordering on being no longer fantasy relevant. Unless you've got IR slots you don't need for other players

Wasn’t he reported to be chillin in Sweden last week? That’s not a guy who’s game ready anytime soon.

He's not even with the team. Rumour has it he's somewhere in northern Sweden finding his spiritual aura among his fellow vikings.

Yeah that worked out great for Forsberg
Not comparable. Nuke's problem is comfort, Peter's problem was structure.

You mean from Asterix and the Vikings movie:laugh:

Asterix and friends were Gauls but these other dudes are Vikings
Yeah main characters were not vikings which was my point. This was the better and more obvious reference

Not true. He was born with large ankles. Comfort was always his problem post 2001. He developed bursa sacs from the inflammation that they would often drain to relieve pressure and give him more comfort. This was long before his last comeback attempt where he had multiple surgeries.

Again, not comparable, one guy is born with weird wonky ankles and the other has temporary scar tissue discomfort.
I bet you we wont hear about Nuke ankles beyond this year.

That’s a ridiculous statement. The way Nuke plays he is going to have injuries all the time over the next 7-8 years. Particularly feet, ankles and knees. He’s already had a few of those injuries over the last few years

What specifically is it about Nichushkin's play that stands out which indicates he will have ankle problems in the future? He plays nothing like Forsberg.
