Ken Holland bringing cup to Edmonton would be great hockey men story. It would cement his legacy as one of the best GM in history of the league. However reality of it is they have pitiful supporting cast and oilers would need all the luck in the world to win two more series if they manage to get past Vancouver.

Old Frank was interviewed recently and he said that Zadorov thinks he can get 6X6. I don't think 6X6 is out there, I think 5X6 might be, maybe 5.5X5, because he is big, and mobile for his size, and he's under 30, so I do think he's going to get a nice contract I just don't think it reaches 6X6

Usually when one team has more penalty minutes than the other team has shots, I'd say that was a bad period for the team taking the penalties.

The Canucks survived the first period nerves; I would expect them to be better the rest of the way.
