FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - For the first time since 2018, the Fargo Force are the champions of the USHL.

The Force defeating Dubuque in game 4 of the Clark Cup Final, beating the Fighting Saints 3-1.

The Saints jumped out to an early lead but the rest of the game belonged to the Force.

Jake Fisher netted what would end up being the game winning goal in the second period.

This is the second Clark Cup title for Fargo and it puts a bow on a magical season.

The Force set a new franchise record for wins on their way to a second consecutive Anderson Cup title and swept the player of the year awards.

It’s also their first year under head coach Bret Skinner.

They finish the season at 59-13-1 overall.
