Paramount announces CEO Bob Bakish's departure amid deal talks
Paramount Global announced the departure of its CEO.
Reading through the article I'm still confused. Apparently there are a few suitors for Paramount, one favored by major shareholder.
The company could be broken into pieces, CBS network /etc in one pile, with studio in another.
