He’s almost done that already. If it wasn’t for an own-goal, he would have single-handedly beat Canada at the U-18 Worlds this year.

Some reports on Twitter that he may be OHL bound this season. I met him in Rogers Arena - soft spoken and friendly, and very lanky. Latvia is a bit of a goalie factory, too - hopefully that bodes well for him.

Thats good. Because from what i gather, he played at the top league in Latvia, which is trash, id say its even worse than the junior leagues you got in Canada, so playing over there will help him. This is a real project.
