Not really.NJ definitely surprising with all their history
Teams would have a 5 goal scorer and a few at 30
The Devils would have like 4 at 30, and like 8 at 20.

Kinda crazy that only 5 teams have a 150 point scorer. Youd think the original 6 teams would all have that.
I know. Just looked at teams like the Habs and Isles for example. Long histories, some amazing players and low (relatively speaking) points record. Kinda crazy when you think of some of the dominate runs those two franchises had. There are only 17 times someone scored 150+ points.
9 are Gretzky, 4 are Lemieux.
Only 6 different players.
huh? scoring was wayyyy lower before the mid 70s, and didnt play 80+GPKinda crazy that only 5 teams have a 150 point scorer. Youd think the original 6 teams would all have that.
Which ironically is when the Habs and Isles both went on long winning runs.80% of these seasons are between 76-93
Mike Rogers? The only name I didn't recognize on that list was Mike Rogers, had to search him up. 3 straight 100 point seasons, and almost 3 straight 40 goal seasons on some mediocre teams. That's still a pretty good player even in the early 1980s
You'd also think NJD would have a 100 point scorer by now, but thats gonna happen soon with J. Hughes. Elias might have had his peak not been in the DPE.
And kudos to Josi for being the only defenseman on the list, he'll probably have that one for some years.
Forsberg just got 94. Not too crazy to think he could hit 100.If Jack Hughes can stay healthy for a full season New Jersey probably has a 100+ point scorer pretty damn soon, like next season.
I suppose Eichel is capable of scoring 100 points based on talent alone but he’s never really been a big point producer.
The rest aren’t anywhere near close.
Ahh, gotta appreciate Phoenix Coyotes legend Teemu Selanne
why? 150 point seasons only became a thing in the 80s, way after the O6 era.Kinda crazy that only 5 teams have a 150 point scorer. Youd think the original 6 teams would all have that.
Ya, looked him up and he had quite a career for such an unknown guy. Smaller ppg dude in that era? Nice. The only name I didn't recognize on that list was Mike Rogers, had to search him up. 3 straight 100 point seasons, and almost 3 straight 40 goal seasons on some mediocre teams. Wayne Gretzky is further from today's game than Jarad McAnd was from today’s. Take a step back and pay attention to your posting
All I'm seeing is that 31 franchises don't have a 200 point scorer, and the team I cheer for ain't one of them.

RogersSince when did Selanne play for the Coyotes
SmithRogers
Stastny
Hossa
per "franchise"
Teemu scored 132 when he was with Winnipeg not the Yotes . His whole post is off never mind just Hossa . Lazy people posting shit .Do we think Winnipeg will retire Hossa’s jersey some day?
Josi almost lost it this season Forsberg had 94 points this yearThe only name I didn't recognize on that list was Mike Rogers, had to search him up. 3 straight 100 point seasons, and almost 3 straight 40 goal seasons on some mediocre teams. That's still a pretty good player even in the early 1980s

and like others have said, most of them were Gretzky and Lemieux.
2 of them (Nicholls and Jagr) were guys who played with Gretzky and Lemiuex
Explains why he’s not on the HoFJagr came one point short of 150.

Yeah, hate this list.Ahh, gotta appreciate Phoenix Coyotes legend Teemu Selanne and Winnipeg Jets legend Marian Hossa...
... and traveled by train, and played with heavy wooden sticks, and worked jobs in the off-season, and didn't have 26 extra weak teams full of weak players to compete against, and smoked between periods and didn't have modern physio / nutrition / recovery plans ...You mean when they played 50 games a season ?
