So then either few or none may come, but that doesn't mean they are not sincerely welcome, nor that the legal / governmental hurdle of a "closed" border was a far greater restriction than the test / expense.
Also, since you're Canadian, I'm curious... In USA, it is against US flag code to, in any form of official capacity, to wave the US flag in the manner shown in the video. Although it happens at many unofficial functions (sporting events, etc.) by ordinary citizens. Same deal in Canada with your flag? i.e., not supposed to be waved, but happens anyway?
